Bhavna is CELTA certified trainer, PBL coach and a pedagogue. In her total experience of more than two decades she has taught and led schools in both Mid segment and Top leadership profiles. She has led k12 schools with International and National curricula with the guiding principle of leading the learning driven by pedagogy and supported by values.
She has certification in PBL from Buck institute , San diego , USA and has established immersion labs in schools based on design thinking.
During her leadership career her school and student work appeared on OECD(an internationally acclaimed platform related to educational research) as the only Indian school to have been featured there. She leads workshops for school teachers and senior leadership of schools for rediscovering vision and alignment to raise academic standards and support disruptive education.
