Bhavna is a passionate educator and a teacher at heart. She holds 25 years of rich experience in different National and International curricula . She has worn many hats throughout her career as a curriculum coordinator, Head of school and Ib coordinator and teacher trainer in some of the reputed Ib, IGCSE and CBSE schools in India. She has done cat 2 ib training and holds certification from Harvard in educational leadership. As a CELTA-certified trainer, she brings a structured, learner-centric approach to sessions, ensuring clarity, engagement, and measurable outcomes. Her training style blends practical application with reflective learning, catering to the specific developmental needs of professionals at leadership levels.
With her pedagogical expertise in Project based learning , Reggio Emilia,Inquiry based approach and STEM based learning, she has established school systems based on cohort structures and open learning spaces. Bhavna believes in disruptive education and tries to inspire young minds to be sociopreneurs who can initiate change at local and global level. As an educator she is inspired by educators and researchers like Ken Robinson, John Dewey and JD Krishnamurthy.
